Walled Cottage Garden, Radwinter 

The brief was to transform this walled garden into an engaging and beautiful space with discrete zones for different uses and different times of the day.

The existing wide, narrow concrete patio has been separated into three separate areas, divided by contrasting cobbles and natural limestone. You step out of the kitchen onto a coffee terrace which catches the morning sun, leading to the west-facing dining terrace and a secluded lounge area beneath the trees. A stone chipping path provides an indirect link to the garden gate and hidden storage shed.
